Enduro 100 and Pro Stock Open Set to Ignite Friday Night at Scotia
(Halifax, NS – July 3, 2025) – History will be made at Scotia Speedworld this Friday night as two brand-new divisions take to the track for the first time in the facility’s 38-year history. The highly anticipated debut of Enduro cars and the Pro Stock Open promises an unpredictable and thrilling night of racing. Fans will also be treated to action from the United Mortgage Group Legend, Bluenose Pools Bandoleros and Bluenose Pools Beginners. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the excitement—racing goes green at 7:00pm!
Enduro racing is all about endurance, chaos, and fun! Enduro cars are mostly stock, older street cars with minimal modifications—built to survive the 100-lap distance. These races are often unpredictable as drivers navigate traffic and try to outlast and outrun the competition. It’s grassroots racing at its finest! The winner of the inaugural Enduro 100 will take home $750, with $500 for second and $250 for third.
The Pro Stock Open event will feature new and veteran drivers in the field. Fort Garry Industries Pro Stock Tour drivers, Gary Elliott (Truro, NS), Jordan Veinotte (Porter’s Lake, NS), Stephen Lively (Shubenacadie, NS), Marty Prevost (Fall River, NS), Alex Johnson (Enfield, NS), Sam Rogers (Lower Onslow, NS) and Tylor Hawes (Porter’s Lake, NS) are all expected to race in the historic 75 lap event. Weekly Racing Series veterans Owen Mahar (Hubley, NS) and Dave Matthews (Nine Mile River, NS) are also slated to make their Pro Stock debuts this Friday night.
