INEX Night for Bandolero’s up Next at Scotia Speedworld
(HALIFAX, NS – June 6th, 2022) – The CARSTAR Weekly Racing Series continues this Friday night at 7:00pm with all divisions on the racing card. Friday will also be an INEX Qualifier for the MacFarlands Industrial Bandolero cars. Prior to Heat Races the Fleet Brake Atlantic Sportsman will run their 38-lap feature which was rained delayed on May 27th. Gates will open at 5:00pm with racing action getting underway at 7:00pm. Tickets will be available at gates on race day only.
For those not familiar, INEX is the International Sanctioning body of Legend and Bandolero cars. INEX was developed to promote and organize Legend and Bandolero car racing worldwide.
For Bandoleros, Friday is a qualifier race towards their International Point Series. INEX members accumulate points at INEX sanctioned feature events throughout the season. A Bandolero driver’s best finishes plus their best qualifier counts towards their International Point standing.
While Friday will have an impact on their International Points, the drivers in the MacFarlands Industrial Bandoleros will also be racing for valuable points towards CARSTAR Weekly Racing Series championships.
Admission for the CARSTAR Weekly Racing Series is $20 for adults, $5 for youth (8-15yrs), children seven and under are free all season at Scotia Speedworld! Grandstands open at 5:00PM with racing slated for 7:00PM.

About Scotia Speedworld:
Scotia Speedworld (SSW) is a 3/10-mile asphalt oval racing facility. SSW is the only track in Nova Scotia to host a weekly racing series, which runs May through September and features five different classes of racecars.
