CARSTAR Weekly Racing Series Friday Night Lineup

(Halifax, NS – July 7, 2021)

The CARSTAR Weekly Racing Series will try again to get its first race of the season in the books this Friday after last week’s season opener was canceled due to rain.

Due to Covid the original CARSTAR Weekly Racing Series schedule needs to be adjusted. Management is working on a new schedule that should be released in the coming days.

This Friday night the Strictly Hydraulics Legend cars, TOURSEC Thunder & Lightning cars and Bandoleros will supply the racing action for fans. The Fleet Brake Sportsman cars are off this week. Teams will be racing for the win and for critical points in the championship chase.

Fan will be seated in pods (sections) with specific entry and exit gates for each pod. Ticket booths will be set up at each pod entrance point. The maximum number of fans currently permitted is 600. Tickets are available on race day only. Front gates open at 5:00pm with racing action set for 7:00pm.

Per Public Health protocols, social distancing between bubbles and pods is required and fans need to wear a mask while moving about the facility.

Both the grandstand and the pit canteens will be open this Friday.
