FAQ FOR THE JIM HALLAHAN 250
1. Where can I get tickets? Advance tickets are available NOW online only and will be sold until 11am on Saturday, September 12th. (service charges will apply) at https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/120064170165/.
2. Can I purchase tickets at the gate? If there are any tickets left, you will be able to purchase them at the gate. The price will be $45. Cash Only.
3. Do I need to print my ticket and bring it with me? You can either print your tickets or they can be scanned from the email confirmation on your phone.
4. Is there a limit to the amount of tickets we can purchase online? There is a limit of 10 tickets per transaction.
5. What are the ticket prices? Tickets for the Jim Hallahan 250 are $40.00 in advance, $45.00 at the door (cash only). Youth tickets, 15 years and under are $15.00.
6. Can I pre-order tickets to the pits? No. Pit tickets will only be available at the gate on race day. Cash Only. Pit access will be limited to 250 people. First come, first served. Your best option to guarantee a seat is to sit on the grandstand side.
7. Can I upgrade my grandstand ticket to the pits? No, upgrades will not be permitted.
8. Can I gain access to the grandstands with my pit bracelet? No, your pit bracelet will only grant you access to the pits.
9. Are masks mandatory? Masks are to be worn entering, exiting and moving around in your section. Ie smoking, washrooms, and if you cannot stay at a safe distance from others. You may remove your mask when you are safely seated within your personal bubble group, however Public Health recommends you wear it at all times for better protection for yourself and others.
10. Can I move from pod to pod? No, you must stay within your specific pod. There are washrooms located in each pod. Each pod has its own entrance/exit.
11. Will the canteen be open? Yes. The canteen will be open with a limited menu. You will order via text message and a server will bring your order to you.
12. Can I bring snacks? Yes, you may bring a small cooler with snacks. No alcohol. No glass bottles/containers please.
13. If I can't make it can I listen online? Yes! You can listen to a live audio feed at www.Timscorner.ca/listenlive
14. Can I be a jerk? Everyone entering the venue needs to be respectful and mindful of others as well as the guidelines we have been given to follow by Public Health. If you are found not following the rules or being disrespectful to others on site, you will be asked to leave the property (should we say escorted from the property).
