About Scotia Speedworld: Scotia Speedworld (SSW) is a 3/10-mile asphalt oval racing facility. 2012 marks the 25th season of weekly racing at the venue. SSW is the only track in Nova Scotia to host a weekly racing series, which runs May through September and features six different classes of racecars. SSW also hosts special events, including Monster Jam and the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour. SSW is located at Exit 6 on Highway 102, across from the Halifax Stanfield International Airport. Next week don’t miss double-header action at Scotia Speedworld. Season Finale Weekend kicks-off on Friday night at 7:00 PM with Weekly Racing Series Finale featuring five divisions. Tickets for the Weekly Racing Series Finale are $12.00 for Adults; $2.00 for Youth (8-15yrs) children seven and under are free. The Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour signs off on its season with the Dartmouth Dodge 200 Saturday at 4:00 PM. Tickets for the Dartmouth Dodge 200 are $35.00 for adults; $5.00 for youth (8-15); children 7 and under are admitted free. Adult weekend passes are also available for $40.00 (pits $45.00).
