Scotia Speedworld Set To Rock
For Live 150 night

(Halifax, NS. August 15, 2012) Scotia Speedworld’s Weekly Racing Series is ready to rock for LIVE 105 Night this Friday! Five divisions will face off on the 3/10 mile oval including; the Hydraulics Plus Bandoleros, ACE Lumbermart Thunder and Lightning, Strictly Hydraulics Legends and the Dartmouth Dodge Sportsman. Adult admission for the Weekly Racing Series is just $12.00; Youth (8-15) are $2.00 and children 7 and under are free…all summer long! Tickets are available at the gate on race day (cash only). Grandstand gates open at 5:00 PM with racing action slated to get underway at 7:00 PM.

The Hydraulics Plus Bandolero division will see lots of racing action on Friday night as the division is set to run two feature races. The Bandolero’s were scheduled for a 15 lap points event as part of the undercard for the Atlantic Cat 250 last Saturday; poor weather and track conditions forced the cancellation of their feature which will now run this Friday night immediately following opening ceremonies in addition to their regularly scheduled heats and feature for LIVE 105 Night. 

Friday’s racing card is being presented by LIVE 105 FM, Metro’s Modern Rock Station. The LIVE 105 Riot Squad will be on site with some cool LIVE 105 swag for give away! Stop by the LIVE 105 Riot Squad cruiser for your chance to win!
