Thunder and Lightning cars are four-cylinder streetcars with safety modifications. The Thunder division features Hondas and Volkswagens, the remaining brands compete in the Lightning division. These popular entry-level classes have grown tremendously since their inception in 2003. Both divisions run as part of Scotia Speedworld’s Weekly Racing Series.
