Tenant Requirements
Must leave the entire facility in the condition it is found in. Facility Condition Report/Inspection required at commencement of rental.
Agrees to abide by all provincial and federal laws governing the facility known as Scotia Speedworld, including but not limited to those regarding alcohol sales/consumption; lottery-type ticket sales/draws; payment of applicable taxes; entertainment permits; municipal by-laws; and fire regulations.
Must provide a minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance.
Loss of revenue insurance may be required, depending on scheduling of event.
Must provide a certificate naming Scotia Speedworld as co-insured for the event at least seven days prior to the event.
Rental Payment required as follows: 50% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation with balance payable at least three days prior to the event.
Important
Scotia Speedworld Limited reserves the right to refuse any application for commercial facility rental, without cause.
